Your Rights

Once the unionization drive is underway, the BC Labour Code sets out your rights... and Teamsters 213 will be there to make sure those rights are protected.

Under the Code, the employer is not able to "discharge, suspend, transfer, lay off, or otherwise discipline" any worker for expressing or pursuing their interest in joining a union, once the drive is underway. MORE>>
