If you've made the decision to join Teamsters Local 213, there are two ways you can let us know. Send us a confidential email using the form below. Or contact one of our Teamster 213 representatives on our Contact Us page.

IMPORTANT: Just as a reminder, the employer will never see your card or a list of employees who signed a card. This information is held in strict confidence by Teamsters 213 and the BC Labour Relations Board.

ALSO IMPORTANT: The BC Labour Relations Board requires that the card must be filled out properly and all fields that are filled out by hand use the same pen.

If you've made the decision to join Teamsters Local 213, and want to use this form to sign your card, you can follow the three steps outlined below. Be sure to choose the option that works best for you in Step 2 as to how you would like to sign your card.

Step 2: Choose how you'd like to get it signed: *

Print and cut out the above card, fill it out ensuring that it is signed and dated and send it to Teamsters 213.

Request a card from Teamsters 213 so I can be mailed one to fill out and send back in a prepaid envelope.
