The Real Story

Now that Teamsters 213 is publicly responding to requests from you and your colleagues about the benefits of having a Collective Agreement, management will start putting forward their side - so you'll hear about everything they think are the positives (eg, the "benefits" of VAPS), and the things they think are the negatives (eg, union dues).

We don't believe in spinning you or in fostering myths, either positive or negative. We just want you to have the facts so you can make up your own mind. Over the coming months, in this section of the website, you'll hear from us and your colleagues in Richmond about how the Collective Agreement process has been working well for workers in that store.
